Padilla’s Metal Polishing and Deburring, Inc. dba All Metals Polishing & Deburring (AMPD) has been in business since 1982. We are a minority owned business and certified as such with the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency. AMPD started in California and moved to Texas in November 1992. We are in the business of Metal Finishing. We debur and sandblast a wide variety of metals using many different media types. We specialize in deburring, also known as bench finishing. Deburring is the process in which the barbered areas of a machined part are hand blended and smoothed. Material is taken down and sized to blueprint specifications and radii are added. We have also expanded our business to include blasting and painting. We can blast using sand, glass bead, aluminum oxide, plastic media and walnut shells. With using such a wide array of materials we do not limit ourselves on the media in which we can blast. We can remove everything from heat treat scales to rust. We finish precision parts for customers in many different industries including, aerospace both military and commercial, the oil industry, and the automotive industry.
